Our Chemistry Tuition - As tests and major exams approach, our chemistry tuition classes conduct practice papers and time trials to fine-tune and thoroughly prepare students, building confidence and proficiency.
Physics Tuition
Learn & apply bite-sized Physics tuition concepts to tackle O/A Level and school exam MCQs and Higher Order Thinking questions. Students will then have the opportunity to practice different types of questions.
Humanities Tuition
Our Humanities tuition equips students with Source-Based questions and Structured Essay Questions skills. Pure History and Elective History, Social Studies is available.
Primary Maths Tuition
Teachers typically introduce problem-solving strategies and the use of heuristics by providing examples and guiding students in applying the strategies to a variety of mathematical problems.
Primary Science Tuition

I attended private school for A-levels. The teachers are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile by answering to the queries of the students even after classes. There was also no judgement regardless of how repetitive the questions was. despite joining the program late, I was able to a 2 grade jump for all of my subjects. really thankful of all the teachers!

Writing as an anxious, helpless mum after my son received a D for his JC2 Prelim results. By chance I discovered SmartLab online. The only weekly enrichment session left that suited my son was the one with Mr Tan Wei Ee’s class in Woodlands. My son was able to understand Mr Tan’s teaching and applied the concepts to his Bio papers at the 2025 A-level exam. Jumping 3 grades from D to an A in just a short period of 3 months was nothing short of amazing! Credit is due to Mr Tan for his excellent dedication and the extra classes given to my son.

My daughter joined smartlab to prepare for O-levels, she took Science (Chemistry, Biology) and English at the centre. It was months of their guidance, termly assessments and feedbacks from teachers in preparation for the Os. She was able to get A2 in Science. The reward she gets from Smartlab every time she gets an A for the Science term assessment added to her motivation. 😁 She said that she was relying on the notes given to her by her teacher towards the exams and she was so thankful of it that she decided to keep all of it if she may need it in the future. She is so thankful to her teachers in Science, I am so thankful to them as well for keeping her more interested in the subject that she loves and helping her excel on it. As for English she may have not got better result that she wanted still thankful she was able to get passing grade for it.

was recommended by a close friend, teachers was kind and helpful and did their best to answer any queries that students had during lessons and even through messages when not having lessons. really helped me improve my grades from prelims to o levels, which i am really thankful of. my biggest improvement was my humanities, from barely a pass to now a B3 in o levels. Without the teachers help and guidance, I wouldnt have gotten this. Thankyou teachers!!

This is from a parent’s perspective. It was not an easy decision to have my daughter retake her o levels because of the stigma of wasting another year. I knew and so did my daughter from before her prelims that aiming for the result she wanted to get into a school of her choice would be quite impossible. I already started thinking of alternatives and by God’s grace I found out about SmartLab Private School and had a long chat with Tony. After that the path was clear and even when the results were not out, my daughter was registered at the school. 1 year later, the results speak for itself. No tuition this time! Chloe won 2 awards for good performance as well! SmartLab is more than a school, it is a place for those who want direct their own direction in life. Thank you SmartLab for being the light in our lives when we most needed it.

I've had a wonderful opportunity to attend classes back in 2025, with Biology being taught by Mr Tan and Physics being taught by Mr Anton. At first, I was unsure and lack confidence in those subjects but after having been guided by them, I managed to obtain an A1 in my Combined Sciences :)

My daughter had an enjoyable experience at smart lab because the Mr Soh is able to answer all her questions. He is also caring, patient and humorous. She looks forward to his lessons every week.

Mr Koh Zhi Teng, helped me in additional mathematics and mathematics for O Level examinations 2026. I am glad to have a dedicated teacher like him, improving F9 to B3. It is without a doubt rare to see dedicated teachers like him to spares hes free time to continue in my journey to success. Grateful

although i only had 3 months before my n levels and i struggled to keep up with school , i went to smartlab and my grades still improved from a U grade to a 3 for both science and english, teachers there are nice and patient and helped me throughout my N level journey!
